F86 Control Valves for Mixed Bed Demineralizer
The F86 control valve is designed for mixed bed demineralization and has combined all the functions found in other valves, including service (water purification), backwash, quiescence, alkali pre-entering, acid pre-entering, drainage, mixed drainage, and a fast rinse. It is often used in mixed deb demineralization systems and water treatment equipment. This valve can also be paired with an F107A Fe-Mn removal system.
- F86 control valve closes the inlet every 15 seconds within the last minute of the backwash process, strengthening the delamination of cation and anion resins.
The control valve monitors the outlet water quality online.
The outlet port is equipped with a resistivity meter. When the output water resistivity during operation is not qualified for 20 seconds, the valve begins to regenerate. When the output water resistivity under fast washing mode is qualified for 1 continuous minute, it will turn on operation mode.
The control valve operates either alone, or in a one-in service, one-in-standby system.
The standalone modes are classified as C-01 and C-02, which can be set by the users. Under C-01, resins for the primary demineralization system are used in the regeneration while under C-02, resins for the secondary system are applied.
The control valves equipped onto the control machines can form a one-in-service, one-in-standby system in which users can choose a primary or secondary resin.
