Material

The body of our control valves is made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic combine with 10% glass fibers and polyphenylene oxide (PPO) added with 20% glass fibers. The finished products are flame retardant, impact resistant, and heat resistant. The moving disk is a ceramic material which has undergone a 1680 degree heat treatment to provide greater wear and corrosion resistance.

The core and seat of the ball valve are constructed from alumina ceramics, providing durability lasting more than 100 thousand uses.

Processing Capacity

Injection Molding: RUNXIN owns and operates over 100 injection molding machines, featuring an injection capacity ranging from 80 to 3300 grams. To achieve higher production capacity, a 800T injection molding machine is equipped. Our factory can produce about 100,000 plastic parts every day and the first time yield (FTY) can be over 98%.
Blow Molding: We have 5 large blow molding machines that produce cases of water softeners and brine tanks. The annual output is 30,000 pieces.
Extrusion Molding: RUNXIN has the ability to produce various ABS pipes with a maximum diameter of 90mm.
Mold Making: All the molds used in the production of our filter valves are produced in-house. We are able to produce molds for 80-800T injection molding machines and blow molding machines. The annual output of molds for control valves is about 800 sets. Molds for cabinet water softeners is around 100 sets.

Package and Assembly

We have 13 control valve assembly lines that enable the production of over 1 million sets per year. Every workshop is equipped with automatic packaging lines, making the production process smooth and efficient.
